Yoga 
            The  yoga was born in the East Indies but it’s a good way to know himself for all  people in the world. The word “yoga” comes by “yuj”, that means to join, to  give unity. The meaning is put together our personal awarness with the whole,  using mental and physical practices.  
                Yoga is a science.  You build your knowledge with observation and experience. It’s the science for  a good way of life. 
                Yoga is discipline for life. With it you can join wordly and spiritual life. 
                Yoga is a philosophy to have an answer to the most inner questions of life. 
                Yoga is an  art. Your life become well-balanced and in perfect  harmony among body, mind and soul. It gives you ability to resolve difficult  situations with serenity, it shows good habits, how live with happiness and honesty. 
            There  are different types of Yoga: raja, hatha, gyana, karma, bhakti, mantra,  tantra, kundalini, laya,… 
            The hatha  yoga is the most know in West. The word hatha means “with strength”. Hata is made of two words:  
              HA  is the positive, sunny principle 
              THA  is the moony energy, thoughful principle.  
            Hata yoga is based on positions,  breathing’s techniques, relaxations, reflections and meditations to arrrive to  a complete inner peace.
